New to speedrunning and I mostly play on 3DS (no cap card) or iOS (new iPad) with the Delta Emulator. I searched the forums and FAQ to see if the Delta emulator was permissible for runs but had no luck. Would a mobile stream on twitch be allowed with the Delta emulator?

This is decided on a per-leaderboard basis. You’ll have to check the rules for each game you’re interested in.
