Hi, my name is Jessie Nygma and I want to start speedrunning. And I have a special itch. Glitchless, Skipless, "As developer intended" ~ Execution based runs.

My question here is the following: Is there a name for this? Iv'e seen glitchless and no major skips but is there a term for "playing the game completely as intended but as fast as possible"?

And if I would define such a run and run it, what are my chances of getting a sub-category for it? Is there a certain popularity it has to have or is it more dependent on the mods for each game?

Looking forward to hearing from yall. Totaly understand that there are limits a big site like this has. Just asking.

Already found something by looking around. What im looking for seems to be "restricted" and some games have category extensions to accomodate niche runs.

@JessieNygma Glitchless, I personally adore this category, passing without using bugs and Glitches is sometimes more interesting, although it looks less epic, also welcome to the site.

As for popularity, this category is mandatory in any game. If you want the game completely as the developer intended, then your choice is 100% Glitchless
