I have been practicing to speedrun "doors but bad" lately, and I decided the best place to set my run is speedrun.com, but the problem is, there are these weird acronyms like "NMG" and stuff like that, but I wanted to set a speedrun, but I don't know how to do that, because there are two categories "NG" and "NG+" I looked up what "NG" means, one of the top results were some comments/forums on speedrun.com, It said "NG means to reset the server before playing, which I don't know what that means, i just need someone to tell me all the steps to submit a speedrun and confirm it, can anyone help me out?

NMG: no major glitches NG: new game NG+: new game plus

For that game specifically, ask in that game’s forum or discord to get clarification.

NG+ is a race in which you use the achievements of other walkthroughs, for example, if you bought some kind of improvement behind the scenes on the server, if it is not prohibited, it will be NG+

NG is the beginning of the race with a clean slate, as if you entered the game for the first time
