Rwhitegoose's tirade got me interested in speedrunning, so I wanted to ask at the source, how did you guys first get into speedrunning, and why do you continue?

What got me into speedrunning around 2.5 years ago was SummoningSalt’s WR progression vids. Without them I would likely not be here.
