This is part one of my tutorial of learning to speedrun Haggar in Final Fight 2 on easy difficulty. This video covers Haggar's move list, the differences of lower and higher difficulty, the damage the attacks do and covering Hong Kong. This is my first attempt of doing a Tutorial and its possible I might not properly explain things in detail, but I hope it'll help people get into speedrunning Final Fight 2.
