thx for the vids. However, i dont quite get what you're doing in the vendor glitch. I always do it this way:
- Buy all ammo of one type (e.g. .308)
- Sell 1x ammo of that same type
- Sell all the rest
- Sell the shadow stock of that ammo type
- Buy all the ammo of that type
- Repeat Step 5, Watch the amount double after each turn
Arctice, I started watching your run a little bit. Earlier today I was messing around with the melon levitate glitch to get over the Diamond City wall and I was using this set-up. It looks like it is faster and more consistent than what you were doing.
That's a webm I made of it. Its horrible quality since I'm a noob at recording video and stuff like that. Hopefully I can make one with better quality sometime.
Also I'm fairly certain that someone has something faster or better than this right now, or it will be found very soon. Anyways this is my little contribution.
fyi, the backup strat for when you get the core in the mass fusion building is not possible. Or at least i couldnt find a single way to do it.
- Before you grab the core the Terminal responsible for deactivating is not accessable since the door doesnt open
- After you grab the core the Terminal is accessable, but the deactivation CMD throws an error. In any case youre stuck with destroying all securitiy measures. IMO the easiest thing you can do is:
- 3-4 Mines in front of these Assassin Robots (each)
- 5-6 Mines in front of the door with the sentry bot Usually kills them right away. Now you only have to deal with the protectrons.
the terminal you mean is not used to deactivate the sec measures. The only options you have there are activating the turrets / bots etc. So, you would actually have to get to that terminal and shut those down, but i dont remember there beeing an option for the sentry bot so you do have to kill that and the protectrons
