After the craning part, go to the corner and aim at about left edge of the lamppost in your vision then perform a diagonal rolling against the corner of the fence. With this method you'll touch the pillar while falling and get buffered before fall on the ground.

As soon as the alley chase part starts, re-enter the car and get out to stall for time (you can also see if the guidepost near the car falls or not to tell if you have stalled for enough time), then run to destination directly (pick up the health outside before get in and trigger the final cutscene if you're on low health).
