If you ask me, i feel weird having a better IGT than Hatsku with a bad RTA compared with him, that's why instead on focusing on that broken IGT that stops in a lot of places that we don't know exactly and why that happens we have to consider this:

If the timer stops for a weird reason in all the platforms, don't you think is better sorting by RTA instead of IGT? i don't see the reason why we have to delete the IGT variable if we can put that for evaluating those weird IGT times.

Why not doing that sorting in all the platforms if the game has that issue on the IGT? sorting that by RTA is the solution for ALL THE PLATFORMS in this game.

Once I got a pb with better rta, and worst igt comparing to my other pb. Looks like IGT dont work so well. I agree with julian, looks better sort by RTA and do it for all plataforms.

No Hunter, the IGT on Emus and consoles are weird too, look at the obsolete runs into of Hatsku's profile, if you want to compare my last run vs his 2nd last submission you'll see the same big difference between the IGT vs RTA in our videos.

Also, there's no rules defined for all the categories, we started the timer in any screen of the game, we have to define all this 'cuz the game doesn't have nothing of this. That's one of the reasons people don't play this game

PD: There's a PC run into the PSP/Emu leaderboards

Lets fix all the leaderboards in order to make the game runnable for all the community (emus allowed, starting the timer, finishing the timer, sub weapons and hard mode rules, etc.)

That's why i suggested moving all the Level Leaderboards to Full Leaderboards too, fixing all the issues that i found into this game (just look at the RE leaderboards for thinking about this game too)

Also i want to bring this thread too http://www.speedrun.com/dino2/thread/5y9cu just look at the timer, that timer is available in all the versions of the game and you as mod don't need to watch full run for veryfing something simple, if you consider this minigame as meme that's fine, but its still part of the game (RE1 has his mini game, RE2 has their minigames, RE3 don't have Mercenaries 'cuz was a desition of the mods of the game + the runner who requested the game and i respected their desition, that's why i didn't move any run)

Sounds good, 'cuz everyone have a different way for starting and stopping the timer, i wanna see some opinions too :)

I think that RTA it´s better because all the emus have different IGT at the end (For this i think that we have to do a vote and a rule for use only one specific emu, because PsxFin is much faster loading screens including doors and menus so you can have a really nice runs but PsxJin is slow compared to this one but have a better IGT) i agree with hunter on just leave the IGT for submitting the runs or remove this option.

And what if the RTA stops on emus like the pc version? because you can skip the last cutscene too? Btw, i agree with Julian, let´s put Dino Colosseum ^-^ this one can be verified by IGT, I never seen any problems with this one. Just when stops thats the time that we should consider for submitting runs.

Like i said, imo is good after opening the last door 'cuz you have a lot of time for stopping the timer in that segment, but if you want to stop the timer after skipping the last cutscene i dont see problems for me :) the issue that we had here was not defined rules in all the categories of the game
