This game as a speedrun game is WAY too unpopular to have 100+ categories and 24 more were just added... WTF!? there are more 4 times more categories than players.

4 different player counts, times 2 different perk setting times 3 different difficulty settings means 24 new categories for a new map

and why is the hard defficulty even at speedrun catagory? it makes no sense. I can understand nightmare if you wanna speedrun with the added challenge. But the hard catagory should be removed all together. there are way too many catagories, it seriously interferes with the competitive aspect of speedrunning the game

I agree, way too many categories makes it frustrating for new runners.

Hey all- so I've just ended up as what appears to be the only active mod here, so far I've just been catching up on submissions. But once I'm done with that, I would like to give the categories a makeover, I agree that it's super overcrowded. I plan on making a Discord later so discussions like these are way easier to have. Once that's set up, it'll be easier to make and take suggestions, because ultimately communities belong to the runners. For now though, I'd like to ask if you all agree with the idea to move Farmhouse pre-2.2 to Misc., since pretty much nobody is going to be running it now, but it's still good to achieve. And maybe, if you all agree, we can do the same thing with the "Hard" difficulty for all the other maps. Thanks!
