Yes it is still locked down.
Most of the mod team have been to Summer Games Done Quick and only came back home two days ago. There is a lot to work on currently following the Speedrun.com Egg% challenge and verifying runs takes a lot of time.
Remember that we are doing this for free and on our free time! The Category Extensions will come back soon, please give us time.
