why is specifically replacing mansion.ogg and using 1.16 banned

i understand why changing the cyber world music is banned but i dont understand why mansion is banned

also i just dont know what 1.16 did so im just wondering that aswell

mansion.ogg affects the cycles of the fire-breathing paintings in mansion, so it can't be modded or removed.

in 1.16 chapter 2 runs, the legend that plays when you reload the game (ex. for m3s in mrnmg) is able to be skipped faster than on any other version of the game, and since it's a beta that you would have to downpatch to, the decision was made to ban it

What about re-mapping the Lightners Live in Chapter 3 song? Is that banned?

And by remapping I mean the note blocks for the characters are based on the song playing

idk if there's been an official ruling yet or not but don't change ch3_karaoke_no_guitar.ogg & tenna_battle.ogg in ch3, or kris_piano_lower.ogg in ch4
