Speedrun.com didn't let me upload my shortcut for clearing memory cache, so here are directions to create your own.

Right click and select Create New Shortcut on your desktop or in a directory:

Where it says "Type the location of the item:" copy/paste the following text:

%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks

Finish creating the shortcut, and just double-click the shortcut before a run to clear your memory. This should allow you to do Refinery 1 to 5 skip every time.
