Hello, can i be a Moderator too?

At least 3 speedruns in CSO/CSNZ, category/gamemode doesn't matter, to prevent excesive request for moderator, video is required and if it contains bugs, it will be replaced with a screenshot by a moderator to avoid getting spread and fixed (video is required only for moderators).

and also why is this not in the counter-strike series?
