Installing the autosplitter

The autosplitter runs in a program called livesplit (see https://livesplit.org/). To install the autosplitter into livesplit, right click and select "Edit Splits...". On the splits editor select the game "Command & Conquer Remastered" and you should then be able to click "Activate" to install the autosplitter.

Running in campaign mode

The autosplitter is setup for campaign mode by default. The timer will start when the first level loads, and will split every time a level completes. The timer will not reset if a level is restarted.

Running in individual level mode

There are two settings in the autosplitter which make it better for running individual levels:

• Start the timer on any level: will start the timer whenever the loading screen finishes for any level
• Reset on Restart: will reset the timer if a level is restarted

These to options can be selected by clicking the "Settings" button on the splits editor

NOTE: the timer will start at the end of the loading screen, but before any cutscenes are played. If the level is then restarted, no cutscene is played, so this is better for individual runs.
