so i wanna do a 40 achievements run but i noticed that all of them are on an older version, could there be a category for most recent patch, even if its category extensions i just want it to exist (also do this with other categories)

The version used is based on the fastest route currently known. If you'd like to use a slower version for fun then you absolutely can - it just won't be as competitive.
