To be honest the only real time save compared to Couria's run is that i direct the squad to clear one of the rooms which saves you jumping over the fence bit, although you do have to stop to do it so it saves around 2-3 seconds. It's also very luck dependent and most of the time doesn't even work, of course i now clear the far house before doing the one Couria jumps past making me running though it just as fast as his.
