Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain Tips and Tricks -

Whether you are trying to get a world record, or just that last platinum medal, this guide is for you.

  • Whack Match - For the first round, I would suggest spamming on both of the holes, because although it’s a 50/50, if you get it correct it would save some time. For the later rounds, I suggest looking for specific colors and directions, and not the picture itself, as that could waste some time.

  • Species Spotlight - For sprout level, I recommend barely bumping the joy-stick, as you have to move before you can answer, then spamming the A button almost immediately so you can save some time.

  • Frame Filler - Now this might sound confusing, but a good strategy is finding one of the items on screen going into the frame, then looking at that spot on the options to see if it’s there. Here’s a more detailed explanation: Say you look at the missing frame and you see a pink feather going into it at the top right, with the bigger side out of the frame. Now, feathers have a more pointy side at the bottom, and since you know that that part is in the frame at the top right, you can look at the top right of the options, and then click the one with the pointy side of a pink feather in the top right.

  • Fast Focus - This just takes a lot of practice and memory. For instance, I’ve played it enough that if I see pink and white, I can almost guarantee it’s a mouse.

  • Flash Memory - All I’ll say for this one is that make sure you know where the numbers and symbol are located, so you can press them faster.

  • Memo-Random - I would only look at colors in the earlier rounds to get it faster. For later rounds, sometimes the symbol is repeated either to the left, right, down, up, or diagonal.

  • Reverse Retention - Make sure you know where the symbols and numbers are located, because for the order it would go 1,2,3,4… (for numbers, left to right) and Do,Re,Mi… (for notes, left to right) which could save you some time if done well.

  • Covered Cages -

  • Cubegame -

  • Heavyweight - Near the beginning, it's easier to tell by just looking and seeing that one that was heavier than another, is now lighter than the other one, so that means the new one is correct.

  • Match Blast -

  • Speed Sorting - Something that's helpful is that if one says fourth smallest or fourth largest, and there's only four, that automatically means the opposite, because fourth smallest would in turn be the largest, and fourth largest would be the smallest. Another thing is this game just takes a lot of memorization and practice, just like Fast Focus.

  • Add Agency -

  • Mallet Math -

  • Tick-Tock Turn - Mainly make sure you're good with a clock and you should be fine.

  • Balloon Burst - For this one, remember, if there's a negative number, the bigger ones are less than the smaller ones, and for fractions, if the number on top is the same for all of them, then the smaller the bottom number is, the larger the value, and if the bottom numbers are all the same, the smaller the top, the smaller the value.
