First, download standalone Adobe Flash Player (Download Link is in Resources)
Click "File, open location" (Ctrl Shift O on windows, Cmd Shift O on mac), then paste the URL where the URL goes. http://1-0-0-1-dot-latest-dot-angrybirds-lotus.appspot.com/flash/AngryBirdsIce.swf
The game should start up just fine.
