At Necrum, don't exit the door to the rest of the stage. Instead, take the Brid Portal towards the wheels and the sick Mudokons. After turning the first wheel, head towards the second. Whilst turning the second wheel, rapidly press the QuikSave and QuikLoad hotkeys. Once wheel light turns green walk towards the next wheel. Repeat the same process.
