I recently discovered that mined resources respawn when you save and reload the world. The rules don’t mention anything about exiting and re-entering the world. Is it legal to use this in speedruns? I think a separate category allowing these kinds of strategies should be created

This is a known bug, and it's probably going to be fixed in the next update. However, I still created a category variable for that!
