Change to Tutorial Timings

So the Tutorial category has had its timing changed and this will affect a few other categories:
- Starting on first movement takes out any load time
- Finishing on the FINISH text means easier and faster resets and takes out any unnecessary gameplay

enter a match and try and get Busted the fastest! this is perfect for anyone who is bad at the game (such as myself)
