If You are talking about mods to change music then they are not allowed. But yeah You can change music as long as the original files are not modified. And You can put other non Sonic related music if You want but You have to mute the music from the Game, hope this helps.

Hi, I play Sonic Generations and yes there is another way, if you have a 100% Save File there is a song selector (obviously Sonic songs) although if you want you can put Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube, etc.
