This is already a kinda existing category, like people attempt this, but it would be cool if it was official.
Ok so this category is level only and you are not supposed to collect toppins (the cage ones, not the points).
In some levels it might be impossible sure but hey we can make an exception to that toppin if theres really not any way to avoid it.
I once saw a video on this topic. Bloodsauce Dungeon, Fun Farm, and WAR all have a required toppin. This hypothetical category could also be some form of Low%. E.g. D-rank, minimum Toppins, no secrets, no treasure, and no hits.

All other levels I think can be done with Peppino & Noise.
