Tips for speedrunning EFT

# Universal tips

- You run slightly faster when pistol is equipped.
- Gear like armor and backbacks have negative modifiers for movement speed.
- Overweight effect is triggered around 26 kg, and will have an effect to your movement speed and acceleration.
- For survived status you need atleast 201 EXP from combat, looting or exploration (only available in Factory and Customs)
- Healing and eating DOESN'T count towards the needed EXP.
- Also you get a survived status for a raid that you have spend 7 minutes in.
- Easiest way to get 201 EXP is killing 2 scavs with headshots or 1 scav with headsot and "checking" their loot (min. 33 xp needed from the check). More info on EXP in [WIKI](https://escapefromtarkov.fandom.com/wiki/Character_skills). 

# Fresh account related tips

- BEAR has 5.45x39 BP in the starting gear, that is good for basically all scav helmets.
- PSO is available for longer shots at Prapor LL1
