Use Retroarch with Dosbox Pure emulator.

Here are my RetroArch settings, which worked well enough:

DOSBOX Pure 0.9.9

Emulated performance: Pentium II 300Mhz from 1997 (200000cps)

Performance scale: 100%

Game settings: Version 2.24R

SVGA mode 640x480 (tap "+" on keyboard until the game is full screen and SVGA)
