I've seen some speedruns of zombies recently and got interested on the all the workings and rules of them, I read the rules but wondered is saving a zombie against the rules for these speed runs because i was thinking of trying to do a speed run myself.

hey, no saving a zombie is not against the rules it kind of slows your run down if you save one too early but not against the rules :)
