You should have another copy of game to do that and to unlock all microgames you should have all characters unlocked what gives 5 days waiting. When timer would starting? In these 5 days the player could "cheat" and skip all dialogues or something, so no. All of that, I think the checking and counting all microgames would be a little comic, but thanks for an idea!
