How the Game Physics Work (probably)

This game has some very weird and possible broken controls, so I decided to try to explain them as best as I can.
Walking seems to work regularly, you start with no speed and accelerate up to a certain point. It's jumping that's somewhat broken. From what I've gathered, you cannot change your speed or direction midair. When you land, your speed decreases depending on how much you moved up. The higher the platform you land on, the less speed you lose.
I hope this was helpful, as the first time I played this I had no clue how the physics of this game  worked.

**Rules for emulator play**

All Emulator submissions require video proof.

All Emulator submissions have to use Ruffle. Your recording has to show that you're using ruffle and whether you're using the web or desktop version.

**Introduction**

After the end of flash player, the game was remade with different physics. The old version is significantly faster for Level 1 (16 s) due to a faster walking speed. Speed reduction also happens when landing on the ground after a jump. Since the timer doesn't reset per Level and vanishes during Level transition, it's a bit harder to determine the time for Level runs.
Level 1: time displayed at start of Level 2
Level 2: time displayed at start of Level 3 − time displayed at start of Level 2
Level 3: final time − time displayed at start of Level 3
