Load up a new save file and run through all of the tutorials, including the store, 50% energy, and 50% health. Do NOT save. After finishing all of the tutorials you want to skip, press ESC and exit to the menu. Re-start on the same save file. Voila.

As long as you do not save or grab the Core, you can keep restarting this way without having to skip the text again. The game auto-saves when you grab the Core.
