Side question, do buried shrines exist underneath the ground to potentially be accessed with an OoB glitch?

Hi all, I am new to botw speedrunning and am wanting to run the game without using any runes (really just for fun, not for any specific category). I set up a save file using the new glitch that lets you have the bow of light and skip the Great Plateau without getting Bombs/Cryonis/Magnesis/Stasis, and I'm trying to see how many shrines I can possibly get using shield clips, moon jumping and any other glitches to help. My original goal was to get all shrines, but I realized that at some point I would need to do the Great Plateau shrines, and those don't let you get the spirit orbs unless you go back and get the runes. My new goal is to get as many as physically possible, but had a couple of questions for anyone who might be interested in this.

So far, I've been able to find a path forward for most shrines, but I am currently stuck at the Korsh O'Hu Shrine (Seven Heroines). I can move the metal balls into their slots using weapons, but one of them is stuck in the sand. Does anyone know of any way to get a metal object out of the ground without using magnesis? I am thinking this may be completely impossible, but was wondering if any of you had any thoughts about this.

Also, are there any other Shrines you can think of that would be completely impossible without runes? Thanks in advance for any and all help!
