Consistently after loading a new area, my first reload dash fails, the big offenders are the strip gate and hidden valley, thougj the most troubling is after exiting the monrail Station, i talk to victor, hop the railing and try to dash to the white glove only for it to fail, am i missing something?

Managed this opportunistically in a few runs, by being low enough to activate the door with E, I'm unsure of the actual timesave, but i haven't seen it in any of the other runs I've seen, any thoughts?
