Originally I discovered this like 8 or 10 years ago. It involves luigi (couldn't get it to work with mario), and countering the energy ball attack that takes 4 hits. With proper timing (basically right before it hits luigi), you can hit b twice, and it thinks you hit it four times. Not sure how much this will help.
