I don't want to mod my Switch to be able to record video, and was wondering what the rules are regarding recording runs using a mobile phone pointed at the Switch's screen. Obviously the quality won't be as good, but I'm (unfortunately!) not looking at anything close to the top 300 spot for the SMB leaderboard – are phone recorded runs accepted? And if so, any particular requirements I'd need to meet?

That's great news. Do you have any advice as to how to capture extended video on the Switch for submissions? The built-in video capture functionality only works for the last 30 seconds of video.
