That is 100%.

So imagine a bus stop with a bus that leaves every 21 frames…

I’d rather the leaderboard stay RTA. Unless you code an autosplitter, you shouldn’t just remove the time in between levels.

It should be worth noting that I haven't been able to find Bonus Cities in Arcade Smash Hits.

If they even exist at all, they don't get awarded upon reaching 10,000 Points.
