Small forum post just to say that me and iostpa have done some digging and found 3 runs that are faster than boxies' original 8:47 and were performed earlier than it (even before this leaderboard was even created), making them the WR for the time they were performed (for reference, boxies' first run was performed on July 4th 2023).

The runs we added are:

@swirlyskyglow these bounces have been in the back of my mind for a long time but implementing them would be an absolute nightmare or at least for me (i'm terrible at them) but even if somebody was really that good then it would save just around half a second (or at least only in Very Easy) unless you chain dozens of these in a row like a TAS which is just flat out impossible

i almost forgot to tell you but to get the bounces i got in my IL you need to use high FPS (it's allowed)

one small thing, the difficult run i was talking about is a 1:55.9 that unfortunately got rejected because of a rule i wasn't aware of (i skipped the stage 31 checkpoint so i can reset and go back on stage 30 at any point which is not allowed), the listed WR which is a 1:56.6 is so bad and i will be improving it soon
