I Photoshopped together the first 12 phases of Balloon Fight (NES) and wanted to submit it for others to use, it's a really valuable tool for people who just started running the game.

I can't find anywhere to submit it on the Resources tab.

Can anyone help me post it?

Check the rules per game, some of them don't allow RetroArch, I found out that the hard way lol (at least i didn't have good runs rejected!)

If you have a desktop pc I would recommend the EVGA XR1. It'll do 60fps 1080p just fine.

I personally like using my xbox controller, otherwise not much can beat the real thing if you find a good one, there's just something that feels "right" about the original.
