New to the forum, so wasn't sure where these are submitted. I'm also somewhat new to the ROM scene, but a long time reverser. Watching all the MTPO speedruns, I was curious about the millisecond reporting. After some digging, I was able to add accurate reporting of the MS on the win screen. This patch is based on the stock USA rom.

Update: v2 added support for Tyson fight as well. v3 changed points counter to realtime last-punch-landed timer. This will be helpful for speedrunning =)
