Just a question. It is legal to start a match with 11 players against 7 ?

Hi everybody. My name is Nicolas aka Lika0n. I come from France. I'm a noob in speedrunning but i'm curious and want to try some speedruns on N64 games. I start very short speedruns like FIFA 98, in order to begin. Next, I will try longer speedruns. If you have any advices , i will take them. Thanks. 🙂
