Tlauncher is banned because it modifies the game. You are only allowed to use vanilla without mods, with the exception of the mods explicitly stated as allowed in the rules (optifine for 1.14 and earlier, caffeinemc, lazydfu).

Using a cracked vanilla launcher is okay (one which does not modify the jar), we can't recommend anything though, as they are against the law.

What do you mean with a cracked server? A normal server jar which accepts cracked accounts? That is allowed if it does not modify the game, and if the cracked launcher you use also does not modify the game (TLauncher for example is explicitly banned)

Adding a mod like that changes gameplay, meaning that you are not speedrunning Minecraft: Java Edition anymore, so it would not make sense to add that as a category.

yeah maybe warden would be cool to add, and if you say elder guardian is a boss, why wouldn't warden be one? they're both quite challenging (or intended as such) and they don't have bossbars

It does not need to match the F3+G chunk borders, it should be a 16x16 area from build limit to y 6 (you do not need to mine layers in which there is bedrock, so y 5 and below iirc)

If you throw an eye, remember the angle and then go to the side and throw again, you can see the angle difference and then calculate (using cheat sheets, calculators are banned) the distance to the stronghold.
