Well that was a trip. Just peeping your posts shows you also want @ Sr.Figura removed, but you don't share that here. You also go out of your way to suggest that someone (honestly probably more qualified than you, at a glance) shouldn't be added as mod due to inactivity, but they've been online within the hour.
You seem to make a note about activity but these users aren't THAT inactive and I'm assuming you've made no attempt to contact them. The posts you've made regarding the issue are only a day apart so I'm guessing you're a bit impatient.

Use that. Or contact the super mod of that game and have him remove @scorpionblaze and add you if what you're saying is true.
Having said that, do you run the game? @scorpionblaze already seems to moderate more games than they run, and you seem to moderate a game you don't run also. You really should only moderate games you actually run.
Considering he hasn't seemed to address it at all, and that he seems to have a not insignificant amount of subs - I'm guessing he'll ignore it and/or delete it.
That could work for some games/leaderboards. I personally wouldn't allow someone to intentionally obscure their gameplay, but it could depend on the game. I remember awhile back some kid obscured 90% of his run with a watermark and was blasting music in his VOD and he came to the forums to bitch about how it got rejected lmao.
That was gonna be next point, that leaderboards aren't ever truly accurate anyways, and that almost all of them are based on trust rather than anything else. Given how easy it is to cheat, and as Jaypin has shown, steal runs, if you lose that trust by cheating, you should lose your runs.
tbh I'm fine with more games like that getting accepted to the site. It's not like the criteria for what should or should not be accepted ever made sense anyways. If you can play it fast I don't see why not, and if the site owners are willing to fill up the site with such leaderboards then great.
What bad precedent is being set, exactly? If someone cheats a run, the rest of their runs typically get removed as well. Should be the same for stealing runs. I believe people can change, but there's no real way of knowing what is legit or illegitimate at this point, and you hurt the integrity of a leaderboard by allowing those runs to stay up.
Another example would be in sports when an athlete is found to have been cheating they're usually stripped of all awards/titles/etc because no one can know for sure when the cheating started or stopped.
Worse tbh. Though I guess we're lucky because stealing runs is an easy thing to catch, eventually. I'm surprised they were able to get away with it for what I'm assuming has been a fair bit of time. I've had people submit stolen runs before when I moderated and it was pretty obvious when it happened.
Ah, yeah I guess there would have to be a distinction between the two. Hopefully you get an answer your question but I'm guessing like everything else around here it won't be the case.
