Since this is a NG+ run, this might have happened after you won the first time. Did you enter the elevator before, or did you glitch above the first time around?
I think another way this might happen is if you enter the elevator, then exit it, and stay to the right side of it. I think you don't die if you do that at the end
If this is just a glitch and can't be replicated, then this run will have to be rejected

Hopefully we'll get around to it soon now, especially since we're going to have the archived board fully verified.
I'd also ask that everyone understands that its not just the lack of verifiers that's slowing us down, but also life. E.g, I have college and exams to finish with, and need to focus on it. We're doing this for free, but we have to manage our lives as well, so please be patient.
