I am having an issue where I cannot change any of my settings. My PC black screened and after relaunching my PC it wouldn't let me change any settings. I still change stuff in the settings menu but when I close the menu it doesn't save and everything is still on default. Even If I click the apply button for resolution nothing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing worked someone please help ASAP!!! Still need help 11/14/21 5:30 PM EST

So I see that witht the auto splitter it pauses when you start the load instead of pausing when you pause the game, In tthe starting room to the left there is a train that always moves and could be used for timing as when you pause the game it stops and when you start a load it continues again and the freezes when your load starts. I think this could be a consistent timing method that eliminates being fast with loads. If it goes by this method I dont have a new PB but if you go by current timing methods I do. Wondering if we could implement a method with this let me know what you all think :)
