Just submitted a run before I read the rules about needing a clean file. Not having a clean file actually just ends up making me lose time anyway, since I don't think there are any benefits to playing on an already completed game, but whatever.

Where is the ini file located so I can get rid of my game progress before runs? I can't seem to find it in the steam folder, which is where I assume it should be.
