I've already decided to add Kirby Master once someone has done a run with video (I've done 2 runs but neither have any video proof)

There is a problem with this though. After you beat the game, there is a cutscene followed by credits. For the credits, you can skip over them by going on the home menu and reseting, but the cutscene prevents you from doing that.

However, if you turn off the console and turn it back on, you can skip the cutscene, saving time. This is the problem, should we allow it?

How long turning off the console off and back on again depends on your console. A Wii would take a minute less than Wii U and thus would save 2 minutes over Wii U. And a hacked Wii U (which is what I have) would take even longer. (And if Switch VC is ever a thing it would save a lot more time)

I also just don't like the idea of saving time by turning your console off as opposed to something within the game. I'm personally against allowing it.

Any% has more runs than the other categories so I don't think it should be removed It activates the credits so it should count as beating the game (I wonder if it should be called "Beat the game" as there is no % counter), even if you already have it unlocked All Platinum Trophies sound good I initially added Secret Ending because I believed that should be the true "Any%", But never did a run, I'm fine with it being removed / put into misc.

There are some things I do that are faster, such as keeping Cutter in 1-2 and 6-2 I never timed if taking Cutter in 5-5 is faster, or taking Parasol in 3-4 instead of Ice Probably needs more work on the route

We have a release date for Dark MK now (27 July)

Because of some people privating their tweets, and thus us being unable to look at it, We will no longer be accepting tweets as proof for Guest Stars or Ultimate Choice. Please use an image uploading site such as imgur. This rule will stand starting from today.

Now as for whether we should keep the twitter proof, delete them or take the images ourselves, I'm not sure. This game has only been out for a few months so I'm completely fine with removing runs. Especially as it isn't hard to re submit them.

I thought he would be faster because in Triple Deluxe during his boss fight he can Shuttle Loop, so he would Shuttle Loop in this game However, looking at the latest info on Dark Meta Knight, it's looking less like he can Shuttle Loop, due to his Dash Attack and Aerial Dash Attack being copies form the Mirror ability in Planet Robobot and not copied over from Meta Knight

If you're starting out I'd recommend doing Guest Stars for the time being for 2 reasons:

1. The strats are very similar but Guest Stars is more effective for practicing and seeing your progress
2. Dark Meta Knight is likely to change the route so it's better to wait for him

If you don't care about getting really good and just want to do runs then you might want to wait. Normally I'd reccommend watching WR but I did my run without any practice and with a broken controller on the basis that new route = free PB. I'll try to do another run ASAP (Today?)

Because I've timed it, and it's the same every time

As another note, I think Invincible Candy doesn't' stack with Speed Boosts

Running with a candy with level 1 speed has the same speed as candy with level 5 speed

The thing with speed is that it only increases movement not attacks. MK's running speed is faster but his Shuttle Loop is the same. For the timings of speed ups, We need to consider Walking, Running, Sliding and flying (With fast characters like Birdon). I want all these timings to add to my pastebin. I'm not sure when I'll test it (I don't trust others to do the sliding accurately)

As for Health I try my best to avoid them for the most part.

I now require image proof for Arena and True Arena runs. I would like to require video for full game runs but I think a number of people would get mad, so I added a threshold for now

At White Wafers Nick takes a while to press 2 to get to the next textbox so I had to time how much time he wasted.

I have now added it If it turns out this leader board was a terrible idea I will go ahead and delete it If it turns out to be a good idea then we can do this for future Kirby games as well
