We've updated the ruleset to make it fair for everyone else, mainly for cheatless runs. Just redo your runs and you'll be added back in :)

Hi there and welcome to the speedrun leaderboard for The House of the Dead: REMAKE! For right now, we have one category set up and ready for people to test their skills! If you have any questions, comment on this thread and I will try to answer back as soon as possible.

Time Splits: Pick the first chapter to begin, there will be a loading screen in which will prompt you to "Press SHOOT when ready" As soon as you shoot to begin the game, you start the timer immediately. End time comes when you reach the end of the fourth chapter and you deplete the final boss' health, Magician, to zero.

I honestly don't know why IGT is really necessary for a short game like this, especially when it's rather hard to track. I'm going to talk to the rest of the Mods to see if we can change the rules to get rid of IGT entirely because in my point of view, I don't really see a need for it.

Hi guys! My name is DatVoiceGuy and I'm going to be taking over the moderation while CtrlTab steps back. My mission as new moderator is to clean up the rankings a bit with the categories. That means that some rules for the runs will be changed and some of your times will be exempt from the leaderboards. I'm mainly looking at the cheat-less runs and I see a lot of cheating going on, and I do not like the sight of it. Not only that, ANY current moderators that want to run the games in ANY category of this game must have their run approved by another moderator. No longer will you be able to accept your own runs into the leaderboards. I will also be taking over the HOTD Discord server, to make it better for those who want to learn this game and play it! So hopefully you all will come join it once its all done!
