I was nervous and accidentally ended my splits about 2 seconds too early at the end of the game. Can I still submit the run, or would it be invalid?

This is what I use for Castlevania 4 and Contra 3 runs. Would this be an approved combination of hardware for running Actraiser? Thinking of starting Professional mode at some point and want to make sure.
