Well nobody has done attempts of that I guess. It's not like BotW where getting the master sword takes so much time it's a good speedrun in itself or OoT N64 where it's a very quick run. It's just something no one has timed and done runs of.

The technique is either a FWWW from fire temple to the light Medallion cutscene or more likely a DHWW to market, from which you can get to Temple of Time and be put behind the door. Both of these are already known about, so you didn't 'find' them.

I use an Elgato HD30 that I got to stream Wii U. It's a bit expensive but works without any kind of cable splitting management and outputs HDMI to your display. Just make sure to set the console to 'Other' and select Analog input if you plug component of composite into it. It will also work with any other console if you want to stream a game from a different console in the future.

Bomb flowers take a long time to explode and HESSes are hard. It may not be faster and if it is, it may not be worth it. But who knows.

For some reason this route and the first draft of the Master Sword RTA route both go out of their way to get Doublet after Paraglider. You know the old man who gives you it is on the way from Cryo to Stasis, right? I'd route it like that, like in All Dungeons.

(Wii U) I have multiple grips. For whistle sprinting, I put it on a table. Left hand: pointer on stick, thumb on dpad down. Right hand: pointer over B. Otherwise I usually hold it normally.
