I'm trying to change the panel color of my profile page to EEEEEE against a background of 535353 to use a color scheme from another website. However, the color EEEEEE and related colors don't seem to take, and the panel instead just defaults to the background color of 535353. What are the rules for colors on site themes? I can't seem to figure them out.
