As Jeroen said, Dolphin makes cheating quite easy. Also the leaderboards are not IGT, they're RTA. There just happens to also be an IGT column

Hate to break it to you @Elims but despite being the game moderator, both yourself and @DeltaMTH are playing on a bootleg clone of the game which isnt a 1:1 copy of the original game (for example the character disappearing during boss fights). For a legit copy of the game, you can either play on PICO-8 or find the game on lexaloffle.com

All the other Pico-8 games on src at the moment only show in game time and not real time and the games use IGT. So I think for the sake of convention and because timing real time is irrelevant for this game, real time should be removed (if you set all runs real time blank itll disappear)

Also because you can either play on Pico-8, on Standalones, or on the Web, I think there should be a web option for your platform.

On a seperate note I have a gif of a full run somewhere which I need to find and if not, I guess I'll start doing more runs.

There already is a separate game for CTGP.

Because its game modification and has been banned from time trials (the significantly more popular form of mkw speedrunning) since 2008. It makes sense to keep the rules consistent.

It doesnt matter what your speed is, an MT will always take you up to the same speed. In a current in KC you already have an increased speed so they are less effective

Because it forces you to take a wider line. Also in KC miniturbos are less effective when you're in the current

starting out, you want to go bit bike/nano bike thanks to its high acceleration and very turning however once you get better you may want to switch to quacker as it allows you to spindrift around the rock

I mean, typically it would be WiiU because it has faster hardware, but in reality it varies a lot from console to console. Also you can always just use IGT, the superior timing method
