I am a bit confused about the save files allowed for IL runs, particularly in Hotland. Firstly, the approved file for Hotland Any% has 1 HP, which changes how Beowulf and Sirius skip are performed. Also, mrlink2k's world record in the category has 6 HP in the save file for the regular Beowulf and Sirius skips. Am I allowed to modify the HP for IL runs, or do I have to use the unmodified IL saves?

in the neutral practice files there is a hotland file with 5 hp, but 1 hp doesnt change how beowulf is performed, so it shouldnt be a problem

youre allowed to modify the hp in IL runs as long as its provable that you can reach that point without save file editting. I.E.: Love 20 True Lab, Love 20 Snowdin, etc.

Thanks a lot for that information bain8renn. However, I seem to be having a problem with any% waterfall IL save, since it does not have a cellphone. Would I be allowed to add the cellphone to the file so I can perform SGS?
